Dr. Hector Lopez
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Hector Lopez, D.O., El Paso native and Texas Tech graduate, is Board Certified as a Family Physician and in Osteopathic Manipulation. He is a TCOM Clinical Associate Professor, Forth Worth Medical School; Honored as 2001 Texas Family Physician; In 2004-05 he changed Texas medical history by being elected as the first Hispanic President of the Texas Osteopathic Medical Association in it's 100-year history. In 1984 he founded Community Medical Clinic, with a 30 year history of using whatever means are appropriate to help his patients attune their p[hysical, mental and spiritual well-being. Many can attest, Dr. Lopez's character and integrity are only strenghtened by his strong spiritual and a loving family values.
Dr. Manuel Padilla
Treasurer / Board Member
After an honorable discharge from the Army National Guard, Dr. Padilla completed a mocrobiology degree at UTEP before entering medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Board certified in family medicine with a special interest in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Padilla has been provididng quality medical care for over ten years. Founder and owner of Sun City Medical Clinic, one of the first medical clinics in far east El Paso, He is the medical director of Sun City Laser, a skin laser center for the treatment of skin lesions and aging skin.

Dr. Guillermo Parra
Vice Chairman / Board Member
Specializing in family practice, Dr. Guillermo Parra serves patients in neeed of medical care from kids to adults on the east side of El Paso. A native of El Paso, he graduated from University of Texas at El Paso. He obtained his medical degree at University of Texas at Houston and completed the Family Practice residency at Texas Tech University, based at Thomason Hospital (UMC). He has been in practice for over 27 years. He is married to Juanita a Registered nurse, with five children. Dr. Parra's hobby is bowling and his favorite team is the Dallas Cowboys.
Dr. Mario Di Pascuale
Dr. Mario Di Pascuale has been practicing medicine since 1997, with his specialty from Texas Tech, El Paso, Tx. He treats health problems such as Diabetes, etc.
Tony Martinez, MHA
EPIC IPA Administrator / Board Member
A native El Pasoan, Mr. Martinez has over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. His experience includes working in a community based hospital system, inpatient and outpatient setting. He has also worked in the Medicaid Managed Care environment and with most of El Paso private and public physicians which include pediatricians, family and internal medicine, and specialists. Mr. Martinez was instrumental in the development of EPIC IPA and has served as the Network Operations Administrator and Secretary of the Board from the commencement of the entity.
