Tony Martinez, MHA
Senior Administrator
A native El Pasoan, Mr. Martinez has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His experience includes working in a community-based hospital system, and inpatient and outpatient settings. He has also worked in the Medicaid Managed Care environment and with most of El Paso's private and public physicians which include pediatricians, family and internal medicine, and specialists. Mr. Martinez was instrumental in the development of EPIC IPA and has served as the Senior Administrator and Secretary of the Board since the commencement of the entity.
Olga Herrera Jacquez
Administrative Assistant
Born in Los Angeles, California, and raised in El Paso, Texas. Olga has worked in the legal field for over 34 years and enjoys serving the El Paso community. She has been a proud member of the El Paso Paralegal Association and the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas. She has been married for over 25 years and loves baking, fast cars, the ocean, and rescuing animals. She brings her enthusiasm and love of public service to the healthcare industry. She continues to proudly serve the El Paso community by being instrumental in assisting her team in successfully carrying out EPIC’s vision.
Lorraine Carrasco
Network Operations Representative
Born and raised in El Paso, Lorraine worked in the education field for 18 years before transitioning to the health care industry. Her many years of service and commitment to the El Paso community arise from her love of the city. Lorraine has been married for 22 years and has two sons who are currently in college. She loves animals and is a sports fanatic. Lorraine’s hard-working attitude and teamwork culture have led to the success of EPIC IPA.
